LIFE
As you know Life is PRECIOUS and UNPREDICTABLE!  We all know since our birth. Our grandparent's generation may not even know about the types of diseases nor the medical terms.
Our new generation are more knowledgeable.  Learning is part and parcel of life.

LIFESTYLES
With better knowledge, better systems, we improve.  Lifestyle also improves.  While the positive sides of human knowledge improves. The impact of the negative sides also increase.  What is impact?

The severity dependents on each person choices and acceptance level. Life is Precious and Life is Uncertain.

ANCIENT ERA - MODERN TIMES
In the Ancient times, we do our Mother Nature calls - where in the jungle?  In the Modern era, we build a proper place to ensure certain risk are manage well enough.

NEEDS COMES FROM WANTs
I still remember during schooldays.  I was running to represent  my District in Sports.  At the age of 13, I  ran bare footed on the grass school field.  I won the medals. I was happy.  As age grew, reach the age of 15.  I requested money to buy a pair of Nike Spike Shoes from my parent.  It cost me RM163.00 and was one of the top models at that point of time. Representative the District means I represented a few schools within the area.

At that point of time, I was not running on grass only.  We ventured into the tar track.  So running to win medals at age 16 was not just winning.  It was the safety and procedures we need to abide.  How we learn to take care of ourselves. Thank you dad for buying me the pairs of spike shoes. Though I did receive gifts from track suits to scholarships from schools and Companies.

By now, a good pair of spike shoes may cost from RM300.00 to RM600.00

Stay  Healthy in the Mind and Body!

CRITICAL  ILLNESS
Olden days, once someone is being diagnosed as critical ill.  You can see how our reaction towards the healing of the patient.  He or she may not live long.  Those days the living age ranges from age 60 to age 70.  Anyone touches the living age of 70 is considered very good.

MULTI CRITICAL ILLNESS
Why this new word came about?  It was because the trend of majority of our people who fell critically sick managed to recover and live on for the next 10 years and more.  Our Malaysian living age has also increase from age 60 to age 85 or above.

in REAL LIFE, AFTER first critical illness recovery.  Medications  and treatments continues until the day comes.  Then comes second time different types of  critical illness occurred. Eg. Stroke then comes Cancer, then liver failure.

So HOW PREPARED ARE WE IN MAINTAINING OUR HEALTH?  These are long term costing and go beyond our RETIREMENT AGE.  Does your EPF and savings will enable you to bear through the long term MEDICAL EXPENSES plus your month basic utilities and basic CoST OF LIVING?

Do take TIME to give a deep THOUGHT about this!

Life is PRECIOUS and LIFE if Uncertain!
